WARREN
Nelson A. Ashwill. Jr., to marketing services manager, a new post. His over-all responsibility includes product planning. finished goods inventory, customer service, shipping and advertising. Ashwill joined the Robert G. Evans Co. in 1959 as manager of customer service, and since that time has held several responsible positions with the company.
James N. Warren, to regional sales manager. Warren joined Evans in 1976 as district manager of Target Southeastern.

LIDDLE
Perry A. Benson, to district manager for Target Central. Perry has been with the company since 1968 and recently was district manager for Target Western North.
Larry E. Liddle, to Canadian district manager. He formerly was Canadian warehouse manager.
STEINER
DELAUGHTER
Daniel J. Steiner, to district manager. Target Western North. Steiner joined Target as a customer service representative in 1974. In 1977 he served as field test engineer.
Ron DeLaughter, to customer service department manager. DeLaughter joined Target in 1974 in the export department and later was assistant customer service department manager.
Russell A. Tischer, to sales administration manager. He will be responsible for the customer service and shipping departments. Tischer joined the Evans organization in 1975 as manager of the credit department.

For Third Straight Year
Advances in both shipments and net earnings for fiscal 1978 and improved performance for the third consecutive year have been reported by Koehring Co. Milwaukee, Wis., a multi-national machinery manufacturer serving the construction and other markets.
In the 12-month period ending, November 30, 1978. Koehring's net earnings were $11,793,000, up 12% over 1977. Shipments increased 15% in 1978 to $416,721,000.
