BOYS & THEIR TOYS

Who says mason contractors only know masonry? Don't ask Bill Dentinger of Bill Dentinger Inc. of Waukesha, WI. and MCAA Past President who leads the pack in the Sprint Vintage Grand Prix Mid-Ohio. A race enthusiast for years, Dentinger races this historic 1959 British Tornado Sportster (car #47) in roughly ten races per year. The Tornado would reach speeds of 160 mph on the 2-4 mile track with steep elevation changes and fifteen turns. The race pitted cars that averaged forty-three years of age with drivers much older. "If you think that's scary, you should see it from inside the car" said Bill. Gee Bill, that's such a great photo of you racing, you can hardly see the pedals!
