Lee Churchill was elected president of the Arizona Masonry Guild for 1962. On March 9th the Milwaukee Chapter heard Glenn Boyer, Superior Cast Stone Co., discuss "Precast Concrete Panels."
MCAA's latest Pictorial features Outdoor Living Around the Block. A beautifully prepared brochure showing the various uses of concrete masonry in the outdoor living area. John E. Ryan has been promoted to the position of Vice-President-Sales, according to an announcement by A. Stelle, President, Arketex Ceramic Corp., Brazil, Indiana. Ryan, who will be responsible for all distribution activities of Arketex, was Director of Sales prior to this announcement.
Frank F. Burrows, president of the firm of Williams & Burrows, Belmont, Calif., has been elected president of AGC. Charles Pratt, Pratt Blocks, Inc., San Leandro, Calif., announces the promotion of Alan T. to the position of Assistant Sales Manager for the firm. H. B. Manager of Brick & Tile Service, Greensboro, N. C., spoke at the Feb. 23rd Informational Meeting of the Arizona Masonry Guild.
Word just in from the South indicates that Harold Peterson finally got his twin-engine plane off from snow at DuPage Cty. (Ill.) airport and flew both New Orleans and Clearwater, Fla. Hats off to the Milwaukee Chapter for a fine representation at the Houston meeting. Members Bundy, Drobac, Lutherbach, Serdaheley, Stelzl, Stevens, Besing all with their wives were in addition Bill Seagert, Bill Louis Amarosa and Russ Hammes supplier friends were in attendance.
