Clarence Gleeson, well-known chapter member of the Detroit Mason Contractors Association, passed away recently. Mr. Gleeson chairmaned many of the Union principal committees in addition to having served as president. A staunch supporter of Masonry activities, Mr. Gleeson will be greatly missed by his MCAA friends.

Michael A. Coco, MCAA Pittsburgh member, is a candidate for the worship of the Pennsylvania District of Kiwanis International. Mr. Coco has been active in Kiwanis affairs for the past eight years. German '63 Convention co-chairman celebrated his 65th birthday on December 24.

Allied Construction Industries of Cincinnati held their 17th annual at the Hartwell Country Club Wednesday, Sept. 19th. MCAA President Lonie and his wife, Evelyn, took a trip to the Bahamas. We received a card from them postmarked Bob Rawlins has been manager of Architectural Products of the Pittsburgh Corp.

"Bill" Nelson, MCAA's Past President, served as one of the judges for the North Carolina State Apprentice Contest held on Friday, Oct. 19th at Raleigh. Bill was also recently appointed to the District of Columbia Apprenticeship Committee. Sailing these days is Al Rubin, avid.
