Fall Executive Board Meeting
Point Clear, Ala. The Fall Executive Board Meeting of the Mason Contractors Association of America was held here at the Grand Hotel, Nov. 6 thru 9. Preceeding the Board Meeting on Friday various MCAA committees met to review programs underway in order that full reports could be made to the Board. Highlight of the meeting was the presentation by Donald Stevens, Milwaukee, of the Association's year-end audit prepared by Harris, Kerr, Forster & Company. In addition the nominating Committee submitted a full slate of nominees which will be voted upon at the annual meeting to be held on Tuesday afternoon, February 18th, at the Sherman House, Chicago. Representatives of the St. Louis and Phoenix Chapters presented a review of a recent controversy which has taken place in their respective areas. The Board was completely appraised of action taken by the Chapters and by the MCAA Executive Office in both instances. Each MCAA Chapter will receive full minutes of the meeting along with a copy of the Audit report as approved by the Executive Board.
