People & Events

The Fall Executive Board Meeting held at the Flamingo Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada, Nov. 5-8, was one of the most productive meetings ever held by the Association. Each of the sessions was fully attended by the Board members and the presentations were most worthwhile... Bob Harrison, MCAA Education Committee Chairman came up with some excellent sessions for Friday and Saturday. Paul Thomas, Phoenix, Ariz., certainly provided one of the most startling, interesting and thought provoking ideas ever. masonry will bring you a full resume of his Block Panel Machine in a forth coming issue... Paul Reinhart, Medusa Portland Cement Co., discussed a new tool for selling masonry, that of a colored masonry cement. The Panel Session on Saturday morning covered the West-(continued on page 9)
