This year's competition was one of the finest ever held, since the facilities and working area were excellent. Murphy and Yantz, MCAA members of Louisville, were in charge of the construction of the booth which had various panels of masonry products exhibited around the perimeter. Next year's competition will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa.
Each of the young men had ample room to build his pier in the work area at the Louisville Fairground Arena. The various panels around the perimeter of the work area utilized different masonry materials and patterns.
