Win Litigation
A clear-cut victory has been awarded Omark Industries, Inc. in the eight-year litigation involving patent infringement by the McCulloch Motors Corp., it was announced by John D Gray. Omark president.
Judge Pierson M. Hall of the U. S District Court in Los Angeles handed down the decision recognizing the validity of Omark's patent on chipper saw chain and expressed the opinion he could only conclude that "the infringement by McCulloch was willful."
National Roster
An up-to-the-minute national roster of approved applicators of vermiculite insulating concrete roof decks is available from Vermiculite Institute, 208 South La Salle St., Chicago 4, III. These applicators assume responsibility for delivering a deck of high quality by contracting with Institute members to prepare and apply vermiculite concrete in strict accordance with Institute specifications.
