Introduces New Lines
Sheridan, III. When an industrial actor and equipment manufacturer calls over 100 top sales executives off the firing line and ships in over $250,000 worth of equipment for them to see and operate there has to be big news in the making.
That's just what International Harvester Company did to introduce its 66 line of industrial tractors and equipment including two new integral loader tractors (58 and 66 rp), with hydra-shuttle and torque converter transmission that is said to cut cycle time by 33% when compared to straight drive units.
Sales of International industrial tractors and equipment, according to officials, hit record highs in 1965, and preliminary indications are that 1966 sales should exceed last year by an estimated 15 to 20 percent.
