The St. Louis Cardinals Baseball team then discussed briefly the baseball prospects for the Cardinals and touched on the President's Physical Fitness Program. Thomas F. Murphy, President, Bricklayers, Masons & Plasterers' International Union, reviewed with the members the efforts on behalf of All-Weather Construction and the Central Pension Plan. Richard J. Otterson, Managing Director, SCPI, presented programs which his organization is undertaking to promote the masonry industry. Roy Wenzlick, Real Estate Analyst, publisher and economist, then with a visual presentation discussed the status of the nation's economy.

Before recessing the meeting Chairman Bidwell called T. Walter Kirk to the podium and presented him with a plaque honoring him for his untiring efforts on behalf of the Masonry Industry.

The Tuesday morning program was devoted entirely to the Material Handling Jamboree presented on the parking lot directly adjacent to the Hotel.

Vice President Donald Bidwell called the Annual Meeting to order at 1:30 P.M. in the Khorassan Room of the Chase Hotel. Mr. T. Walter Kirk led the members in prayer. Following the reports of the various officers and Committee Chairman the annual election was held.
