Paul 1. Jacobson has been appointed Eastern Sales Manager for Koehring Div. of Koehring Co., according to J. W. Nugent, division Vice President-Sales. Donald Canty has been named director of the Urban Information Center, Washington, D.C.

Jacques G. Martinoni has been elected President and Chief Executive Officer of the Clipper Manufacturing Co., Inc., succeeding Neligh Coates, Sr., who has been named Chairman of the Board... James F. Harris, Schuster's, Inc., Indianapolis, Ind., was elected President of the Indiana Concrete Masonry Association at the group's 9th Annual Convention. An Atlanta executive in the concrete industries has been installed as Secretary-Treasurer of the National Concrete Masonry Association. He is J. W. Dahlstrom, Suburban Ready-Mix, St. Louis Park, Minn., has been named President of the North Central Commercial Aggregate and Ready Mixed Concrete Producers Association. Nick Cimmarusti has been named to the new post of Service Sales Manager by the Skil Corp., Chicago-based power tool manufacturer.
