The woods provided just the right atmosphere for relaxation, yet the impetus to get the work done. You'll have to get up before the sun rises if you want to get a head start on the Finance Committee. A little after 7 A.M. they were gathering, our hats are off to Doug Hughes, Stephen Raimo, Harry Strauss, O. L. Jollay and Treasurer Mickey Soloff. The "Case of the Missing Golf Clubs" will be the title of the next Ellery Queen mystery. Playing key parts will be the clubs of Fred Daues and Allen Young. By the way, just where did they disappear to?

While on the subject of golf, let's tell you about some real fine young golfers: Dave Soloff, Bernard Strauss, Dave and Tom Jollay, Larry Dalton and Dick Tubesing. From the drives they hit off the first tee they certainly are in good shape. This takes nothing away from Glenn Dietrich and Hal Webster who with their more sophisticated form are nudging their fathers with their excellent scores. The mixed two-ball foursome on the par-3 course was a ball. The lake was probably the biggest hazzard on the course, but with swimming suits it was no problem at all. Billie Soloff and Joe Szabo tied with Jeanne Swanson and Donald Frantz and Dick Tubesing and Bernard Strauss. In the play-off the team of Soloff-Szabo were the winners.

Louise Young, the Master River Boat Captain, navigated Pelican Lake in excellent style. Her boat load of fisherwomen on Saturday came in with a real catch. We must concede, they did fish and no one else could prove they caught any larger. Water skiing was one of the sports of Harry Piotrowski, Bob Tubesing and Frank Germinaro. The generous hospitality of the Allen Young's and the Bob Tubesing's each morning made breakfast the big event of the day. The coffee was out of this world. The eggs and bacon were like mother used to make, and the conversation was down right stimulating. The cocktail party on Saturday was superb. From the hors d'oeuvres to the refreshments, nothing could have been finer. Our masonry
