James W. Griffith, president of Minneapolis Equipment Co., Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been elected International President of Associated Equipment Distributors (AED), the 1,300-member Association celebrating its 50th year of service to the construction equipment industry.
Other officers elected at the recent Golden Anniversary Convention in Chicago are: P. E. MacAllister, Vice President from MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc.; Fred F. Berry, Jr., Vice President, from White Star Machinery & Supply Co., Inc., Wichita, Kansas; D. L. Schumacher, Senior Vice President and Treasurer, from Flack Equipment Co., Dayton, Ohio; M. A. Eisenhauer, Canadian Vice President from Industrial Machinery Co. Ltd., Halifax, Nova Scotia and P. D. Hermann, Executive Director, AED National Headquarters in Oak Brook, Illinois.
The officers are charged with establishing policies and implementing programs designed to upgrade management operations of the construction equipment manufacturers and distributors throughout the U. S. and Canada.
