Tasso Katselas and Richard Gensert teamed up to give a stimulating Case Study on the Liberty Park Apartments in Pittsburgh. Of the technical papers, that by Al Isberner, Portland Cement Association, on "Mortar and Grout" was the most informative.

The meeting was sponsored by National Concrete Masonry Association, Structural Clay Products Institute and the National Bureau of Standards with MCAA cooperating.

The success of the meeting can be attributed to the high degree of cooperation between organizations and the fine leadership of Robert Dikkers, National Bureau of Standards.
