1970 CMCA ANNUAL CONVENTION
At the Annual Business Meeting, of the Canadian Masonry Contractors Association, at the Chateau Lacombe, in Edmonton, Alberta, the Executive of the Association was returned to Office, with one exception. The Officers are, President, Eugene George, Kitchener, Ontario; First Vice-President, Harvey Morstead, Calgary, Alberta; Second Vice President, Frank Camisso, Downsview, Ontario; Treasurer, Peter L. Martini, Toronto, Ontario.
Regional Vice Presidents re-elected were, Maritimes, Wm. Young, Fredericton, New Brunswick; Quebec, F. Des Ormeaux, Point Viau, Quebec: Southern Ontario, Tony Zanin, Downsview, Ontario; Northern Ontario, Alf Barbini, Thunder Bay, Ontario; Prairies, Len Jones, Saskatoon. In British Columbia, Bob Beaupre, Vancouver, was elected to replace Ed Seiney of Burnaby, who resigned.
At the recent Annual Convention of the Canadian Masonry Contractors Association, six regional Vice-Presidents were named. Shown in the photo from left to right are: sre: A. Burnaby, British Columbia. Missing is L. R. Jones, Masonry Contractors, Saskatoon, representing Prairie Provinces.

In addition, three other Directors were appointed, from the Supply Industry, working closely with the Association. They are Bob Beach of Hamilton, representing equipment suppliers, Chas. Gray, President of the Canadian Structural Clay Association and Dave Featherstone, President of the National Concrete Producers' Association.
Two Directors, at large, were appointed, at the Board of Directors Meeting which followed. They are Knud Holm-Pedersen of Edmonton, 1970 Convention Chairman and Klino Maniago of Burnaby, British Columbia, President of the Vancouver Masonry Contractors Association.
