New Associate Members of the Minneapolis Chapter are Tom Richardson and John Hrkal representing Dewey Portland Cement Co. and Spancrete-Midwest Co. being represented by David Punt and James Bublitz. Newly elected officers of the Colorado Masonry Institute are: Robert C. Sandoval, President; George W. Wise, Vice President; David S. Wilson, Treasurer and Jack Bailey, Secretary.

The appointment of E. Parker Cumings to the position fo General Sales Manager for Huron Cement Div., National Gypsum Co., has been announced. Norman G. Huffman has been named Vice President-Finance at White Construction Equipment, Northfield, Ill., a division of White Motor Corp., Cleveland. Robert H. Elman, President and General Manager of DESA Industries, Inc., Power Products Div., has announced the appointment of John T. Dillon as Vice President-Finance for the Division. John F. Morrill has been elected President and chief executive officer of Continental Steel Corp., subsidiary of Penn-Dixie Cement Corp.

J. P. "Pat" Laine, formerly assistant to the vice president, International Harvester Co., Farm Equipment Div., has been named divisional sales manager... Chamberlin-Junk Advertising, Inc. has moved to new quarters at 4534 Industrial Road, Fort Wayne, Ind. 46825. Harland L. Hanson has been named vice president of Marketing of Vibromax Corp., a subsidiary of JI Case Co... The MCA of Du-Page County will hold their annual Golf Outing on July 30th at Elmhurst Country Club. Penn-Dixie Cement Corporation reports consolidated sales of $206,068,101 for its fiscal year ended December 31, 1970 compared with $199,682,210 for 1969. Net income for the year amounted to $500,704, or 17 cents a share, compared to $4,628,834 or $1.57 per share in 1969.
