Detroit MCA Holds Yearly Golf Meet

The annual golf outing of the Detroit Mason Contractors Association is always one of the best social events on the local construction scene, and this year was no exception. Nearly 100 golfers participated, and 213 mason contractors, supplier representatives and their wives turned out for the dinner and festivities that followed. Pictured above (from left) are Bob Ebeling of Ebeling & Hicks, Inc., MCAA Vice President: Howard Milhone, Peerless Cement Co.; John Hes- lip, Masonry Institute of Michigan; Floyd Nixon, MacFarlane & Hays Co.; Elton Asmus, Brighton Cut Stone, and Dick Zimmerman, Peerless Cement Co. Lining up their putts (be- low, from left) are Frank Soave of J.R. Snyder Co., a director of DMCA; Tom Munsell, Masonry Institute of Michigan; Dave Murray, S.B. McLaughlin Co., and Howard Hicks of Ebeling & Hicks, a DMCA Director.
