Elected to the Board was Dee Brown, Dallas, representing the Dallas Masonry Contractors Association. Jerome K. Green has been promoted by the J. I. Case Co. to the newly created position of group vice president-International. Jene Fedora has joined the staff of Colorado Masonry Contractors Association as Administrative Assistant.

The Houston based architectural firm of Wilson, Crain, Anderson and Reynolds has announced the election of Jerry G. Barner as an Associate. Thomas B. Leslie has been appointed regional sales manager for the industrial and construction machinery division of Massey-Ferguson, Inc., Des Moines, Iowa... The appointment of William E. Hoffman as district sales supervisor for Norton Company's Safety Products Div. has been announced by B.R. Crum, national sales manager. The Construction Products Division, W.R. Grace & Co., Cambridge, Mass., has appointed Gregory T. Anderson architectural representative in the Metropolitan Chicago area.
