New Speed Limit For Russians: 90
New speed limits are being set for the Russian motorist. From now on anyone driving over 90 will be breaking the law.
Actually the Soviet driver will be moving along at about the same pace as the American motorist. Because Russia operates under the metric system, speed is measured in kilometers per hour. Thus, 90 is roughly equivalent to 56 miles per hour.
In addition to obeying speed limits, the Russian driver also is required to place a sign on his car which shows the amount of driving experience he has had.
