MCAA Management Institute "Risk Management"- Thomas W. Frisby, President, Frisby & Associates Construction Management Institute, Tyler, Texas / Ballroom C/3rd Floor

This pre-convention management seminar-presented under the direction of the MCAA Education Committee-will deal with the risk management concept, marketing by contractors, the relationship of the contractor with the subcontractor and vice versa, and labor, close-out and financial management. Mr. Frisby is a recognized authority on construction contracting techniques and an adviser to a number of contracting firms for which he has devised unique risk minimization management programs. You must advance register for this seminar. The registration fee is $50 per person for active MCAA Members, $60 per person for non-members, and includes attendance, luncheon, coffee breaks, necessary supplies and reference materials.
