MORGEN Scaffolding Speeds up Load Bearing Construction
7-Story Apartment Building Completed in 42 Months.
Precast concrete floors has renewed the popularity of load-bearing high rise buildings, and Morgen Scaffolding makes them go up fast and puts extra profit in the pocket of the masonry contractor.
Ken Church Masonry, Omaha, Nebr., was able to begin the 52'x244' 7-story North Avenue Tower in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on October 5 and complete it by March 1, despite being off the job six weeks during the coldest weather.
The building was completely surrounded by 76 towers of Morgen Scaffolding 65 feet high so the load-bearing walls could go up evenly. The blocks were grouted every four feet and steel reinforced. The floors of flexicore precast concrete were placed by crane.
Ken Church says "Morgen Scaffolding quickly pays for itself in increased mason's production."
Masonry contractors across the country report labor savings of 20% to 30% by using Morgen Tower Scaffolding. That makes a big difference in the year's net profit, even after deducting the cost of the scaffolding. To see what it can mean to you, write for complete information today.

Morgen Scaffolding easily negotiated steep slopes at the ends of the building that would have been difficult for conventional scaffolding.
