8:30 a.m. Saturday Morning Workshops to 12:00 Noon These group participation seminars will make it possible for you to engage in a variety of presentations. The time format allows you to choose any three of the four Workshops best suited to your interests. On the schedule are:
8:30 a.m. Workshop #1-"Manpower in the 80s" to 9:30 a.m. (Session #26) Capitol Room #4, Mezzanine Level
This session will be presented by Robert Ebeling, Chairman, and Bruce N. Voss, Executive Director, International Masonry Apprenticeship Trust (IMAT). They will discuss the masonry industry's manpower requirements in the 80s and describe current training procedures as well as IMAT's immediate and long-range objectives. Mr. Ebeling is also Chairman of MCAA's Manpower Committee.
9:30 a.m. Workshop #2-"ESOP/Employee Stock Ownership Plan" to 11:00 a.m. (Session #27) Palace Room, Mezzanine Level
The Workshop leader, Robert A. Manley. President, The Commonwealth Group, San Francisco, Calif., is a specialist in ESOP financing and will review this concept as it affects management/employee relations.
