Workshop #1-"Manpower in the 80s"
(Session #26) Capitol Room #4, Mezzanine Level
This session will be presented by Robert Ebeling, Chairman of IMAT (International Masonry Apprenticeship Trust) and will cover the masonry industry's manpower requirements in the 80s. Mr. Ebeling will describe current training procedures and set forth IMAT's objectives. As Chairman of MCAA's Manpower Committee, he will review industry-wide manpower needs, including those of the related crafts with which the mason contractor has traditionally worked.
