Pope Conducts Estimating Seminar
The "Estimating for A Profit" seminar was held on Thursday and Friday, February 6 and 7, in two parts. Conducted by Jerry Pope, Greeley, Colorado, noted masonry consultant, the seminar was designed to assist mason contractors in standardizing their estimating methods and reduce the amount of time required to prepare a complete and well organized estimate, which can be used to help control production costs. The presentation and manual made available to registrants comprise one of the major sources of information on masonry estimating.
