Day-to-day operations leave little time to assess your business management policies and procedures. You want to ensure your company maintains the highest level of quality construction while earning the maximum profits. How do you implement quality standards that are measurable and help increase profitability? Attend MCAA’s Masonry Quality Institute (MQI) Seminar to find out how to use these techniques in your business.

MCAA recently hosted 15 attendees for the two-day seminar at MCAA's National headquarters, located in Schaumburg, Illinois. The MQI course detailed the basic principles of quality and standards and how each can be applied to current business styles. This course uses participant interaction, team building and industry examples to learn about better business practices. The course emphasizes leadership and how to motivate your employees while using the team to their best advantage. Attendees stated that the course is very applicable to all business management and that it can be done!

If you are serous about building a successful and profitable mason contracting business that operates at a level higher than your competition, you should attend this valuable two-day program.
